Traditional apartments weren’t built for modern renters. So we built our own.

We design, build, own and manage our buildings, which means we control every part of living in one.

Utilities and WiFi roll into one monthly payment. Go furnished, with kitchenware and linens if you want them, or bring your own things and move in the traditional way.

A suitcase or a moving truck. Both work.

Depending on the building: meal prep, pet services, fitness classes, personal training, on-demand maintenance and a calendar of events.

Every bantr apartment comes two ways. Furnished means it’s fully set up with furniture, linens and kitchenware, so you can arrive with a suitcase. Unfurnished is a blank apartment you fill with your own things, the traditional way. Same buildings, same amenities, same team either way.
